History of the New London Area Food Pantry - Part 2 (the Pandemic)

During the Pandemic years of 2021-23, the Pantry was forced to change their operation and move it outside. Guests could not select food items in the basement but instead received two boxes of preselected food; one with perishable items (meat, bread, eggs, fruit, vegetables, etc.) and another with non-perishable items (canned goods, flour, pasta, etc.). This was a one size fits all model.
